I am proud to share the highlights of a recent Lean Production Improvement Training held at our factory. The course, led by esteemed instructor Mr. Ge Deping, combined a half-day of theoretical learning with a half-day of hands-on guidance on the factory floor. Focused on the core themes of Standards, Differences, Problems, Practice, Solutions, and Growth, the training emphasized bringing current conditions back to the core problem, enabling continuous correction and improvement.
Through real-time case analysis and practical engagement, our production team deepened their understanding of lean principles and recognized the value of standardization and problem-solving. More importantly, they learned to challenge assumptions, bridge cognitive gaps, and seek continuous breakthroughs.
This training not only strengthened technical capabilities but also reinforced a spirit of lifelong learning and relentless progress. It reflects our team's unwavering commitment to excellence—constantly improving, evolving, and striving for more. The journey of lean is never-ending, and our factory is firmly on the path forward.
